For social media managers · Lesson 6 of 11

When the client asks for changes

The client's feedback comes back to you. Fix it yourself, hand it to the designer, or resend it as it is.

The comic

  1. Panel 1 of 3.

    Back from the client…

Polly says: When a client asks for a change, the post shows “Client asked for changes” with what they said, and it lands in “Your move” on Approvals.
  2. Panel 2 of 3.
Polly says: You have three ways on: “Fix it on the post” if it's a caption tweak, “Hand to the designer” if the creative needs work, or “Resend as is” if you've talked it through.
  3. Panel 3 of 3.
Polly says: Once it's fixed, send it again (“Resend to client”). The client sees the new version, and Pulse keeps each version you sent, so nobody approves something they haven't seen.
