Privacy policy
Vereon Pulse ("Pulse") is a social media planning service run by Vereon Technology Ltd ("we", "us"). This page says what information Pulse holds, why, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 10 October 2026.
What we hold
- Your account: your name, email address, password (stored as a hash, never readable) or your sign-in through our identity provider, and your role in each workspace.
- What your workspace puts in: posts, captions, images and video, briefs, brand kits and moodboards, tasks, meetings, comments and approvals, and who did what and when.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect an Instagram or Facebook account through Facebook's sign-in, we receive the account's name, id and picture, the list of Pages and Instagram accounts you administer, and an access token for each one you choose to connect. Tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to publish what your workspace schedules and to read the performance of those posts (reach, views, likes, comments, saves, shares, clicks).
- Service data: when you signed in, the pages you used, and errors, kept to keep the service running and secure.
Why we use it
- To run the service you signed up for: planning, approving, publishing and reporting on social media posts.
- To publish to the platforms you connected, when your workspace schedules a post, and to read those posts' numbers.
- To send the notifications you opted into (for example, a post waiting for your approval).
- To bill the workspace, through our payment provider.
- To keep the service secure and to fix faults.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
Platform data (Instagram and Facebook)
Data received from Meta's platforms is used only to provide the features you asked for: showing which accounts you can connect, publishing posts your workspace approved, and reporting how those posts performed inside your workspace. It is not shared with anyone outside your workspace, not used for advertising, and deleted when you disconnect the account, delete the workspace, or ask us. If you remove Pulse from your Facebook account under "apps and websites", we disconnect every account you connected and delete the tokens at once.
Who sees it
- The people in your workspace, according to their role. Clients see only their own project and only what the team shares.
- The services Pulse runs on: Amazon Web Services (hosting and file storage, in the EU and UK regions), MongoDB Atlas (database), our payment provider for billing, and the social platforms you connect, each only to the extent needed for the job.
- Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as your workspace exists. Deleting a post, an asset or an account removes it; deleting a workspace removes everything in it within 30 days of backups rolling over. Access tokens for social accounts are deleted the moment the account is disconnected.
Your rights
You can see, correct, export or delete the information Pulse holds about you. Most of it you can change yourself under Settings; for the rest, write to info@vereon.tech. Under UK and EU data protection law you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we tell workspace owners by email first.
