Terms of service
These terms apply to Vereon Pulse ("Pulse"), provided by Vereon Technology Ltd. By creating a workspace or accepting an invitation to one, you agree to them. Last updated 10 October 2026.
The service
Pulse lets a team plan social media posts, send them to clients for approval, publish them to connected social accounts, and see how they performed. We may change or add features; we will not remove something you rely on without notice.
Your account and your workspace
- Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what is done with it.
- The workspace owner decides who is in the workspace and what role they have, and can remove anyone.
- You must have the right to post to any social account you connect and to use any file you upload.
Connected platforms
Publishing to Instagram, Facebook and other platforms is subject to their own terms and limits. Pulse publishes only what your workspace schedules, with the access the platform grants; if the platform refuses or removes a post, that is between you and the platform. You can disconnect an account at any time under Platforms.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pulse to publish anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful, to spam, or to interfere with the service or other workspaces. We may suspend a workspace that does.
Payment
Pulse is billed per workspace, monthly, at the price shown under Settings, Plan and billing, and can be cancelled from there at any time. A cancelled workspace keeps working until the end of the paid period.
Your content
What you put into Pulse stays yours. You give us the permission needed to store it, show it to your workspace, and send it to the platforms you connect. We make no other use of it.
Liability
Pulse is provided with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for loss caused by a platform's actions, by your own content, or by events outside our control, and our liability for anything else is limited to the fees paid for the workspace in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can delete your workspace at any time. We can end these terms with 30 days' notice, or at once if they are broken. After ending, the privacy policy says what happens to the data.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions go to info@vereon.tech.
