For social media agencies and the clients they post for
Social media planning your clients can follow
Pulse puts your managers, designers and clients in one calendar. Plan the month, design each post, get the client's yes, and let Pulse put it out. Every step in plain words.
£8 per workspace a month. Your team and your clients included.
How it works
A post has three steps. Everyone can see which one it is at.
- 1Team
Write and design
Brief, caption and files live on one post page that reads top to bottom, in the order the work happens. The button always says the next step.
- 2Client
Client approval
The client opens one inbox, sees the exact version, and approves it or asks for changes with the thread for that post right there.
- 3Pulse
Goes out
Approved posts are scheduled per platform and published by Pulse. A post that didn't go out says why and can be retried without posting twice.
A project that posts for your own brand skips the middle step: nobody outside the team has to approve it.
For your team
Less chasing, fewer screenshots
- A Home for each person that says what to do now, with one button per item.
- A calendar per client; the picker in the sidebar sets which client you are looking at.
- Creative direction travels with every post: the brand kit, the moodboard it follows and the sizes for the platforms chosen.
- Tasks with checklist templates, and a Team space with one discussion thread per client.
For your clients
A calendar they understand, and a yes that means yes
- They sign in and see their own brand, nothing else.
- They approve a specific version. An edit after approval asks them again.
- Internal notes, prompts and the team's thread never reach them.
- They follow the plan from the calendar they already use: Google, Outlook or Apple.
Features
Everything a post needs, on the post
One sign-off inbox
Every role opens the same Approvals page. Each row says whose move it is, and what came back from the client is acted on from there.
The calendar people already have
A private link for Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar, or a live Pulse calendar kept in step in Google or Microsoft 365.
Publishing that never doubles up
One job per platform variant with its own key. Failures show why and retry safely. Platforms without an API get a labelled manual export.
Performance per platform
Reach, impressions, likes, comments, shares, saves, clicks and video views for every published post, by day, by platform and by client.
Creative direction built in
The brand kit holds who the brand is, how it looks and the do-and-don'ts, with a meter for what a designer would still have to guess. Moodboards hold the look for a campaign.
Assets with versions
Folders, tags, rights notes and client visibility. A post links to an exact version, so what was approved is what goes out.
Discussion and meetings
Threads with @mentions that notify the person named. Meetings booked straight into Google Calendar or Outlook, with the video link made for you.
Your AI assistant can help
Claude, Cursor or Codex can read the brand kit, draft captions on brand, plan the week and file ideas through Pulse's MCP server, with a personal key.
Platforms
Honest about what is live
Instagram and Facebook connect through Meta's own sign-in and publish directly. LinkedIn works the same way. Where a platform has not opened its API to us yet, the post is prepared and labelled for manual posting, with the caption and files ready to copy.

One price per client. Nothing per seat.

Questions
Asked before signing up
- What counts as a workspace?
- One client, brand or campaign, with its own calendar, files, connected accounts, creative direction, discussion and people. An agency with six clients runs six workspaces.
- Do my clients pay anything?
- No. The client's people are included in the workspace price. Invite as many of them as the work needs.
- What happens when a client asks for changes?
- The post comes back to your team with the client's note on it. Fix it yourself, hand it to the designer, or resend it as it is. The client approves the new version, and only then can it be scheduled.
- Can clients see our internal notes?
- No. Internal notes, prompts and the team-only thread stay with your team, enforced on the server. A client sees their own brand, its posts and the discussion for that brand.
- Which platforms publish directly?
- Instagram and Facebook through Meta's sign-in, and LinkedIn. TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and X get a labelled manual export until their APIs are connected, so nothing pretends to be live.
- Can the team keep its own calendars?
- Yes. Everyone gets a private calendar link for Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar, and anyone can connect their Google or Microsoft 365 account to keep a live Pulse calendar there.
Every record carries its workspace; platform tokens are encrypted at rest.
