For social media managers · Lesson 3 of 11

Write a post

Create a post from the calendar, pick where it goes, write the caption once and make it different per platform when it needs to be.

The comic

  1. Panel 1 of 3.
Polly says: On the “Calendar”, click “New post”. Say “What's the post?”, “For which project” and “Where it goes”, then “Create and open”.
  2. Panel 2 of 3.
Polly says: The post opens. Under “What goes out” write the caption, hashtags and call to action once. Need something different on LinkedIn? Click “Make it different” on that platform.
  3. Panel 3 of 3.
Polly says: You can drag posts between days on the calendar, and “Unscheduled” on the side holds posts without a date yet. “Week”, “Month” and “List” change the view.
