For designers · Lesson 4 of 5

Assets, folders and versions

Keep each project's photos, videos and templates in folders, upload new versions, and choose what the client can see.

The comic

  1. Panel 1 of 3.
Polly says: “Assets” is the project's library. It starts with folders like “Brand essentials”, “Photography”, “Video” and “Templates”. Make your own with “New folder”.
  2. Panel 2 of 3.
Polly says: Click “Upload” to add files. “Visible to the client” decides whether the client sees them; off, they're team only.
  3. Panel 3 of 3.
Polly says: Open a file to “Upload a new version”: the old ones stay under “Versions”, and “Used by” shows which posts use it.
