For social media managers · Lesson 12 of 14

Your AI assistant

Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Pulse, then ask it to write in the brand's voice, turn ideas into posts, fit images to each platform and fill in the brand kit.

The comic

  1. Panel 1 of 3.
Polly says: Open “Settings”, then “AI tools”. Pick Claude or ChatGPT, click “Copy link”, paste it into the tool as a connector, sign in and choose “Allow”. It works as you, with your role, and everything it does is saved under your name.
  2. Panel 2 of 3.
Polly says: Then just ask. “Write three captions for Friday's post in Bloom's voice.” “Turn my best idea into a post for Instagram and LinkedIn, with a longer caption on LinkedIn.” “Here's an image: add it to the post and fit it to Instagram.” It reads the brand kit first, and saves its work into Pulse, not just the chat.
  3. Panel 3 of 3.
Polly says: It can build the creative direction too: fill in the brand kit's tone of voice, colours and pillars, make a moodboard with notes, colours and pictures, and file images in folders. It asks you before sending anything to the client or scheduling it.
