For social media managers · Lesson 1 of 11

Set up a project

Add a project for each client, decide whether its posts need the client's sign-off, and choose what the client can see.

The comic

  1. Panel 1 of 3.
Polly says: Projects live in “Settings”, under “Projects”. Click “Add a project” and say who it's for: “A client approves”, or “We post for ourselves”.
  2. Panel 2 of 3.
Polly says: Two switches matter most. “Posts need the client's sign-off” adds the approval step. “Clients see every draft” lets them watch posts take shape; off, they only see what you send them.
  3. Panel 3 of 3.
Polly says: Then invite the client to the project. “Who approves” is any client of the project, unless you name approvers: then the others can comment, but only a named approver can say yes.

Owners and social media managers can add and change projects.

Try it in Pulse
