For clients · Lesson 3 of 5

After you approve

An approved post is scheduled and goes out on time. If the team changes it afterwards, it comes back to you.

The comic

  1. Panel 1 of 3.
Polly says: After you approve, the team puts it in the queue: it shows “Scheduled”, then “Published” once it's live. Your “Calendar” shows what's going out, by day.
  2. Panel 2 of 3.
Polly says: If the team changes anything you approved, even a comma, your approval no longer holds. You'll be told it changed after you approved it, and it comes back for a fresh yes.
  3. Panel 3 of 3.
Polly says: So what goes out is always exactly what you said yes to. Nothing is published behind your back.
