Make posts people love. Get the yes. Let Pulse post it.
One bright little studio for everyone behind a brand: the designer with the ideas, the manager with the plan, and the client with the final say. Brief it, design it, get the yes, and watch it go out on time.
A free week to start, no card needed. Then from £12 per workspace a month, everyone behind the brand included.
Three steps. Everyone can see which one it's at.
- 1Team
Write and design
Brief, caption and files live on one post page that reads top to bottom, in the order the work happens. The button always says the next step.
- 2Client
Client approval
The client sees the exact version as it will look, and says yes or what should change, with the thread for that post right there.
- 3Pulse
Goes out
Approved posts are scheduled per platform and published by Pulse. A post that didn't go out says why and can be retried without posting twice.
A project that posts for your own brand skips the middle step: nobody outside the team has to approve it.
Made for the people who make things (and the people who approve them)
Agencies and freelancers
Less chasing, more making
- A Home for each person that says what to do now, one button per item.
- A calendar per client, picked in the left panel. Drag an idea onto a day to make it a post.
- The brand kit, the moodboard and the sizes travel with every post.
- Tasks with checklist templates, and a thread per client.
Their clients
A yes that really means yes
- They sign in and see their own brand, nothing else.
- They approve a specific version. An edit afterwards asks them again.
- Internal notes and the team's own thread never reach them.
- They follow the plan in Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
Business owners
Your brand, all in one place
- One project for your brand: the plan, the kit, the files, the helpers.
- Post without a sign-off step, or ask someone to check first.
- Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn from one calendar, numbers on each post.
- Your freelancer or agency works inside it, not in a chat thread.
A daisy in a pot who loves a good brief
Polly paints, hops, and knows Pulse inside out. In the Learning Centre she teaches every role its part in short comic lessons, each with a link to try it for real and a quick check. In the app she sits in the corner and answers your questions.
Everything a post needs, on the post
One sign-off inbox
Every role opens the same Approvals page. Each row says whose move it is, and each post keeps a history of who moved it through every stage.
Creative direction built in
The brand kit holds who the brand is, how it looks and the do's and don'ts. Moodboards hold the look for a campaign.
Assets with versions
Folders, tags, rights notes and client visibility. A post links to an exact version, so what was approved is what goes out.
The calendar people already have
A private link for Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar, or a live Pulse calendar kept in step in Google or Microsoft 365.
Publishing that never doubles up
One job per platform with its own key. Failures say why and retry safely. Platforms without an API get a labelled export.
Performance per platform
Reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, clicks and video views for every published post, by day, platform and client.
Discussion and meetings
Threads with @mentions that notify the person named. Meetings booked straight into Google Calendar or Outlook.
Your AI assistant can help
Claude, Cursor or Codex can read the brand kit, draft captions on brand and file ideas through Pulse's MCP server.
Honest about what's live
Instagram and Facebook connect through Meta's own sign-in and publish directly. LinkedIn works the same way. Where a platform hasn't opened its API to us yet, the post is prepared and labelled for posting by hand, with the caption and files ready to copy.

Asked before signing up
I'm not an agency. Is Pulse for me?
Yes. A business runs its own brand as one project in its workspace: the brand kit, the calendar, publishing and performance in one place, with a freelancer, a designer or a partner invited when you want help. A brand that needs no sign-off has two steps instead of three.
What counts as a workspace?
Your account: your team and its projects (up to 10 on Starter, more on Studio and Agency), each a client, a brand or a campaign with its own calendar, files, connected accounts, creative direction, discussion and people. An agency with six clients runs six projects in one workspace; a business runs one project.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. The client's people are included in the workspace price. Invite as many of them as the work needs.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace starts with a free week: everything open, no card asked for. Subscribe during the week and the first payment is taken when it ends. After the week, the workspace is read-only until it subscribes; nothing is deleted and scheduled posts wait.
What happens when a client asks for changes?
The post comes back to your team with the client's note on it. Fix it yourself, hand it to the designer, or resend it as it is. The client approves the new version, and only then can it be scheduled.
Can clients see our internal notes?
No. Internal notes, prompts and the team-only thread stay with your team, enforced on the server. A client sees their own brand, its posts and the discussion for that brand.
Which platforms publish directly?
Instagram and Facebook through Meta's sign-in, and LinkedIn. TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and X get a labelled export to post by hand until their APIs are connected, so nothing pretends to be live.
Who is Polly?
Polly is Pulse's mascot: a daisy in a pot who paints. She teaches the free comic lessons in the Learning Centre, one track for each role, and answers your questions in the corner of the app.
Every record carries its workspace; platform tokens are encrypted at rest.
